Thanks to fundraisers like our April Fête and our generous donors, WBTT is able to offer our 5-week summer Stage of Discovery theatre intensive education program free to students and bring exciting touring education programs to students throughout Sarasota and Manatee counties. WBTT hosts various fundraising events throughout the year, starting with our April Fête and ending with our November Gala. Of course we have other fundraising events throughout the year, such as our intimate evening with Tony-Award Winner Melba Moore and our visits with Jennifer Holliday and Ving Rhames. All of our fundraising celebrations are can’t-miss community favorites and many of these events feature beloved WBTT performers, Stage of Discovery Students, our sizzling live band and plenty of audience participation.
