LaNisa FrederickLaNisa Frederick is a Chicago-based actor excited to make her WBTT debut and thrilled to work with director Chuck Smith again. Previous theatre credits include: Goodman Theatre’s By the Way Meet Vera Stark and Measure for Measure; The Wheel (Steppenwolf Theatre); Escape (Livebait Theatre, Chicago); Jane Eyre (Lifeline Theatre, Chicago); Do-Gooder (16th Street Theatre, Chicago); The Gimmick (Pegasus Players, Chicago); A Streetcar Named Desire (Know Theatre Tribe, Cincinnati); and Alexander Projekt1 (Splitmoon Theatre, London). Film credits include Meet the Browns, One Night Stand, and She's So Talented. Currently, LaNisa's face can also be seen as "smart-mom" in a national Wal-Mart commercial campaign. LaNisa holds a BA from Loyola Univ. of Chicago; MA from University of Essex, England, and is a graduate of The School at Steppenwolf.
