KHADIJA “KAT” SALLET is returning for her third production at WBTT. Like her character, Carla, she's from Queens. This New York-based actress is no stranger to the Sarasota theatre scene having performed in seven productions in three different theaters. Roles include: Ragtime, A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum, and James and the Giant Peach (Aunt Spiker) at Venice Theatre; Legally Blonde (Brooke Wyndham) at Sarasota Players; and WBTT’s The Wiz (ensemble) and Girl Groups: The 1960s Explosion (lead vocalist).
